The City of Columbus is seeking document destruction and shredding services on an as-needed basis through an Indefinite Quantity Agreement. The vendor must provide 90-gallon totes for documents to be shredded or destroyed and empty or exchange them as needed; Columbus Water & Power locations are listed in the scope, and additional locations may be added or replaced during the agreement term. Bidders must hold National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) certification and submit copies of applicable licenses or certifications with their bids. The estimated annual amount is $5,000 for bidding purposes only and is not a guaranteed order or minimum purchase.
