Description
The City of Elgin is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering services for its Utilities Department. The project is the PFAS Treatment Evaluation and Powdered Activated Carbon Optimization Study, also described in the notice as the PFAS Treatment Optimization Study. Proposals must be submitted through the City of Elgin vendor portal by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT; paper and email submissions are not accepted.
