The pricing schedule includes hourly labor rates, emergency response fees, preventive maintenance/testing and inspection, material discounts, and equipment rental pricing. The contract period begins on the date of award and includes four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals are due October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
