Description

Alameda County is seeking proposals for hospital-based violence intervention services for Alameda County residents. Proposals should demonstrate understanding of community needs and provide best-practice or evidence-informed, culturally relevant, community-led interventions, programming, or services. The RFP calls for a comprehensive, data-driven, community-informed approach that addresses underlying social, economic, and political factors and promotes health equity and reduced health disparities through improved access to resources, education, and training.
