Corpus Christi Independent School District is requesting proposals for a districtwide firewall refresh. The requested solution includes a high-availability firewall pair for North/South traffic, with minimum firewall throughput of 100 Gbps and minimum SSL/TLS decryption throughput of 90 Gbps, application-based policies, and advanced monitoring. Proposals should also offer options for East/West traffic, including a software-defined firewall for the district data center and servers. The solicitation describes a three-year initial term beginning July 1, 2027, with two three-year renewal options, subject to approval and funding.
