The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking maintenance coverage for existing Samsung digital radiographic equipment at the Augusta VA. - Buyer and scope - Department of Veterans Affairs; Central Alabama Veterans Health Care, through 247-Network Contract Office 7. - Service and maintenance for all existing Samsung digital radiographic equipment owned by the Augusta VA. No equipment models or quantities are specified. - Planned award and competition - The VA anticipates a sole-source award to Excel Imaging Solutions LLC. - Other qualified providers may submit credentials for consideration. Providers must be authorized to perform the services and submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer. - Contract term - One base year followed by four option years, with a stated period of January 16, 2027, through January 15, 2032.

ON OR BEFORE JAN 16, 2027 I WILL AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR SAMSUNG DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TO COVER ALL EXISTING EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE AUGUSTA VA TO EXCEL IMAGING SOLUTIONS LLC. IF YOU CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND ARE AUTHORIZED AND CAN PROVIDE AN AUTHORIZED LETTER FROM THE MANUFACTURER THEN PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CREDENTIALS TO QUINCY.ALEXANDER@VA.GOV ON OR BEFORE OCT 7TH 12PM EST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ME TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT INSTEAD OF SOLE SOURCING.
