As-needed printing and delivery of Alaska State Parks brochures

The State of Alaska is seeking a contractor to print and deliver brochures for Alaska State Parks on an as-needed basis. - Government buyer: State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks & Outdoor Recreation. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are named in the solicitation. - Initial brochure order: - 5,000 Fort Abercrombie brochures, full color, finished size 11 × 17 inches, map-folded to 4 × 5.5 inches, on 70# Economy Matte paper or comparable. - 2,500 Chugach State Park brochures and 2,500 Northern Region brochures; each is a full-color, 24-page Whittier Map Fold brochure, finished size 18 × 24 inches and folded to 4 × 9 inches. Use 80# Titan Plus dull #1 grade paper or comparable, printed CMYK on both sides. - Pricing schedule: Quote printing prices for 11 × 17, 12 × 18, and 18 × 24-inch brochures at run sizes of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000 or more. These are pricing tiers, not guaranteed order quantities. Also quote per-proof costs for one proof and for two or more proofs. - Services and requirements: Supply paper; print, fold, package, and deliver brochures as ordered. Future orders have a minimum quantity of 1,000. Package brochures in groups of 50 to 100, using paper bands in bundles of up to 25 or shrink-wrap in bundles of up to 50. Retrieve print-ready PDFs from the FTP site, provide digital proofs when needed, and coordinate press-check notification. Most deliveries are to Anchorage, with some deliveries to regional offices in Alaska. - Ordering and value: Orders are placed as needed, with no guaranteed total volume. The contract budget is capped at $100,000; bids above $15,000 for the initial order are nonresponsive.

Description

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is soliciting bids for as-needed brochures for Alaska State Parks.
