Description
The County of Union is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Workers Compensation Defense Counsel Services for January 1 through December 31, 2027. Services include representation in workers’ compensation litigation, including claim petition answers, court appearances, medical examinations and report reviews, trials, and appeals. Counsel may also attend meetings and provide other specialized legal services; one or more individuals or firms may be selected.
