Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice, is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a previously approved information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The collection requires pharmacies transferring electronic prescriptions in Schedules III–V to update prescription records with transfer details, including the pharmacies’ identifying information, the pharmacists’ names, and the transfer date. Comments are requested by November 2, 2026.
