The Minnesota Department of Administration, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for cultural resources work along and near the Roseau River in Roseau and Kittson Counties, Minnesota. The scope includes developing an archaeological probability model, updating archaeological and architecture-history contexts and surveys of flood-prone areas, and updating the National Register nomination for St. Nicolas Orthodox Church.
