Description

The Minnesota Department of Administration, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), seeks proposals from qualified consultants to develop an archaeological probability model and update archaeological and architecture-history contexts and surveys of flood-prone areas along and near the lower Minnesota River. The RFP covers work in Blue Earth, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Sibley, and Carver Counties. Deliverables include research designs, public engagement, archaeological and architecture-history survey reports, and final digital files. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by November 15, 2026.
