Pasco County Schools is seeking suppliers for a broad, as-needed inventory of vehicle and school-bus replacement parts for its transportation fleet. - Government buyer: District School Board of Pasco County, Florida, through Pasco County Schools Purchasing Services; deliveries go to District bus compounds and garages. - Procurement: Multiple suppliers may be selected, generally by line item, for automotive parts, supplies, and accessories purchased as needed. The schedule specifies manufacturer part numbers and estimated quantities, generally ranging from 1 to 19 units per line; see the grouped item descriptions for representative scheduled part numbers and quantities. - Notable requirements: Parts must meet the written specifications; most lines require the specified make/model, with alternates permitted only where indicated. A minimum one-year parts warranty is required. Service components must be delivered within three hours and major components within 48 hours. A signed affidavit certifying that the supplier does not use coercion for labor or services is also required. - Term: One year, with a possible mutually agreed written extension of up to six months. Other Florida public agencies may purchase under the resulting terms with supplier consent.

Description

The District seeks multiple suppliers for a one-year contract to provide automotive parts, supplies, and accessories on an as-needed basis. Awards will be made by line item to the lowest and best responsive and responsible bidders meeting the written specifications. The response deadline is October 28, 2026, at 2:30 PM ET, and questions are due October 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM ET.
