Description

The City of Norcross is requesting sealed proposals for citywide landscape maintenance services in designated areas shown in the exhibits. Work includes routine landscape maintenance and services such as mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, irrigation, seasonal planting, trash removal, and fertilization and weed control. The contractor will also maintain and repair assigned City-owned landscaping, playgrounds, irrigation, and drainage systems in accordance with the specifications. The City intends to award one company a five-year contract with automatic renewals.
