Description
Galveston County is seeking proposals from qualified Grant Services Consultants to provide professional administration services for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) 2027–2028 Community Development Fund. Services include grant and project management, financial management, environmental review, acquisition services if applicable, construction management, fair housing and equal opportunity compliance, and grant closeout. If funding is awarded, the selected provider will assist with grant implementation and compliance with applicable TxCDBG, state, and federal requirements.
