Description
Ocean County is requesting qualifications from New Jersey-licensed law firms and attorneys to provide Assistant Counsel Services, Special Counsel Services, or both. Assistant Counsel work may include legal research and advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting County Counsel and County Administration, and representing the County in authorized matters. Special Counsel qualifications are sought for identified service areas, including County Adjuster, Planning Board, and Construction Board of Appeals matters. Services are provided on an as-needed, fee-for-service basis, with no guaranteed minimum work or compensation; proposals must be submitted electronically.
