Description

Northern Wasco County PUD is seeking a consultant to monitor and report on juvenile fish conditions after fish pass through the penstock intake screening structure at the North Fishway Hydroelectric Project. Services include weekly 24-hour sampling from April through July, fish identification and condition data collection, data analysis, weekly summaries, and an annual report. The contractor is responsible for necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and permits; the anticipated initial contract term is three years beginning on or about January 1, 2027, with a possible one-year extension.
