Description
The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a qualified consultant to provide strategic and technical advisory services for its public housing portfolio. The work includes performing a Capital Needs Assessment and developing asset repositioning strategies for 296 residential units, an administrative office building, and three community buildings. The consultant will assess current asset conditions, explore repositioning options, and develop and implement a plan aligned with HUD repositioning policies and the Town’s Affordable Housing Plan. Work under the federally funded contract is subject to HUD Section 3 requirements (24 CFR Part 75).
