HCDE/Choice Partners is soliciting proposals for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) parts, equipment, and related services. The RFP covers products and related services across categories including building materials, equipment, communications, safety, and parks and recreation. Pricing may combine fixed pricing, percentage discounts, and cost-plus pricing, with methods identified for the applicable products or categories. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms at HCDE's option; proposals are due October 15, 2026.
