Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is seeking an insurance broker to advise on and market coverage for its commercial insurance needs. - Government buyer: Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG), through Central Purchasing; the solicitation also refers to the City of Lexington’s Central Purchasing office. - Services requested: Commercial insurance marketing and brokerage, coverage-design advice, risk-financing recommendations, claims advocacy, risk control, analytics, and strategic consulting. - Certificate support: Assist with about 150 annually renewed certificates of insurance and an additional 3–5 certificate requests per week. Description
The City of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is seeking proposals for insurance brokerage and consultation services. The selected broker will provide services related to marketing commercial insurance and advising on coverage, risk financing, claims advocacy, risk control, analytics, and strategic consulting. The solicitation seeks a conceptual program analysis at the proposal stage; claims administration services are contracted separately and are not within this RFP's scope.
