Description

HUD is issuing notice of its intent to establish the Enterprise Voucher Management System (eVMS), a Privacy Act system of records supporting the Housing Choice Voucher Program. The system automates monthly Housing Assistance Payment calculations using participant-level eligibility data and provides authorized HUD and public housing agency users access to payment calculations, disbursement reports, and funding balances. It is intended to support financial oversight, payment integrity, and accurate payment adjustments. Comments are due November 2, 2026.
