Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission instituted five-year reviews to determine whether revoking countervailing duty orders on aluminum foil imports from Oman and Turkey and antidumping duty orders on imports from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey would likely lead to continued or recurring material injury. Interested parties are requested to submit specified information to the Commission. Responses are due November 2, 2026, and comments on the adequacy of responses may be filed by December 8, 2026.
