Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of stationary and portable air compressors from China. The investigation covers products including certain electric-, gas-, or battery-powered reciprocating compressors with integrated pressure vessels, within specified capacities and power ranges; the notice gives detailed inclusions and exclusions.
