Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), within the Department of Justice, is seeking reinstatement without change of a previously approved information collection for U.S. Official Order Forms for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances (DEA Form 222). The collection concerns the forms used under the Controlled Substances Act for the distribution of Schedule I and II controlled substances. The DEA estimates 114,989 registrants will participate, with an estimated annual burden of 1,624,529 hours and no other annual costs. Comments are due November 2, 2026.
