Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of stationary and portable air compressors from Malaysia. The period of investigation is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary determination. The final countervailing duty determination is aligned with the final antidumping duty determination and is currently scheduled no later than February 10, 2027, unless postponed.
