Description
The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking a three-year extension, without change, of its current approval for the Quarterly Services Survey (QSS). The survey covers employer firms in selected U.S. service industries and collects information used to produce quarterly estimates of operating revenue and, for some industries, expenses, hospital inpatient days and discharges, and admissions revenue. Responses are collected online, with telephone follow-up, and the notice invites public comment before the information collection request is submitted to OMB. Comments are due November 30, 2026.
