Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization will provide financial assistance to establish, operate, and administer the Region 4 SBTTAC. The center will support small businesses in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, and Tennessee through technical assistance, business development counseling, training, capital-access resources, and outreach. The recipient will connect businesses with transportation agencies, financial institutions, prime contractors, and other resources, and report performance measures to OSDBU. The opportunity is for one cooperative agreement, with a 10-month operating period and up to two additional option years based on performance and funding availability.
