Description

The City of Columbia is seeking bids for sanitary sewer system easement accessibility verification and maintenance for FY 2026–2027. Work includes mechanical clearing and herbicide treatment, removal of trees and debris, erosion and sedimentation controls, removal or replacement of obstructions such as fences and gates, and restoration of surfaces disturbed by the work. The contractor must assess and flag easements and clear them to restore access for sewer inspections and maintenance, with a minimum cleared width of 10 feet. The project is structured as an annual contract with potential one-year renewals, up to four contract fiscal years.
