Description

The Town of Chapel Hill, through its Housing and Community Development Department, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide strategic and technical advisory services for a Capital Needs Assessment and asset repositioning strategy. The consultant will assess the condition of the Town’s public housing portfolio, which includes 296 residential units, an administrative office building, and three community buildings, and develop repositioning strategies aligned with HUD policies and the Town’s Affordable Housing Plan. The work is federally funded and subject to HUD Section 3 requirements (24 CFR Part 75). Proposals are due October 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST, and must be submitted according to the solicitation attachment.
