The Long County Board of Education seeks proposals from Construction Management firms for construction of the New Long County PreK-5 Elementary School. The selected firm will enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, following procedures established by the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law. Proposals are due November 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time and must be submitted to the Long County Board of Education in Ludowici, Georgia; oral, fax, and email responses will not be accepted.
