Granite School District, on behalf of EdPAC, is seeking vendor and copy paper qualifications for participation in quarterly copy paper bids for 2027. This solicitation is for pre-qualification only; vendors must not submit pricing. Qualified vendors may bid approved copy paper for cooperative purchases by school districts and other political subdivisions throughout Utah, with historical 2026 quantities reported as 58,800 cases and no guaranteed purchase quantity. Vendors must meet mandatory requirements, and any paper not already approved must be supported by technical specifications and a sample case for evaluation.
