Description

Hudson River Park Trust is seeking proposals for comprehensive, phased construction management services for construction activities at the Pier 97 Esplanade in Hudson River Park and the adjacent NYSDOT Route 9A Bikeway. Services include constructability reviews, identifying contract-document deficiencies, preparing cost estimates, identifying value-engineering strategies, and assisting with construction procurement. During construction, the consultant will oversee and supervise construction and schedule field inspections as directed by the Trust; the consultant will not perform direct construction work. The project is partly funded through a federal Transportation Alternatives Program grant administered by NYSDOT, and the Trust may select one or more consultants subject to funding availability and proposals received.
