Construction management services for Broome County Land Bank housing programs

Broome County Land Bank Corporation is seeking qualified construction management providers for affordable housing rehabilitation and related initiatives. - Government buyer: Broome County Land Bank Corporation (BCLBC), BCLBC Division, Broome County, New York. - Procurement: Construction management services for the Affordable Homes Program, Vacant Rental Program, and other Land Bank initiatives as needed. BCLBC may award multiple contracts. - Services: Construction inspections; review of test results, payment applications and drawdowns, requests for information, and change orders; schedule and field-progress tracking; contractor coordination; project and contract administration; and participation in project meetings from project development and bidding through renovation. - Requirements: Relevant experience and capacity, proposed personnel and resumes, current projects and clients, at least three professional references, and a cost structure for additional reimbursable work. Relevant Land Bank or similar public/nonprofit experience is encouraged. - Participation goal: 30% MWBE contracting goal; participation by eligible Section 3, minority-, women-, small-business, service-disabled-veteran-owned, and labor-surplus-area businesses is encouraged. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or prospective service vendors are named. Description

The Broome County Land Bank Corporation seeks qualified individuals or firms to provide construction management services for its Affordable Homes Program, Vacant Rental Program, and other Land Bank initiatives as needed. Services may include construction inspections, review of tests and payment applications, management of requests for information and change orders, schedule and progress tracking, and construction coordination meetings. The construction manager may also assist with administration and oversight of construction contracts and attend meetings throughout bidding, award, and renovation. The RFQ allows for multiple contracts and states a response deadline of October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
