OMH de Montréal (OMHM) is seeking proposals for renovations to the façades and balconies and replacement of doors and windows at the Rose-de-Lima A, B, C, and D housing buildings in Montréal. The work includes replacing windows, entrance and balcony doors, concrete sills, metal balcony railings, balcony tops, sections of brick masonry, mechanical and electrical equipment, and other components, as well as repairs, cleaning, sanding, and painting. The dwellings will remain occupied during the work. Work is expected to be completed within a maximum of 225 working days from the confirmed start date.
