Description

Ville de Sept-Îles is seeking proposals to scan the Urban Planning Service’s property files, including permits, certificates, plans, sketches, forms, correspondence, and related documents. The work includes collection and secure transport, preparation and scanning, quality control, classification and naming of digital files, and delivery to the City. The estimated volume is approximately 11,000 property files in about 400 boxes, plus approximately 20 additional boxes of urban planning application files; actual quantities may vary.
