Description

The State of Texas, through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide Video Directly Observed Therapy (VDOT) services. The service will allow DSHS staff to remotely observe clients taking tuberculosis medications as an alternative to in-person directly observed therapy. The solution must support both live video observation and recorded video submissions for later review.
