Collinsville Schools is seeking PoE network switches and Category 6 cabling for six school sites in Collinsville, Oklahoma. - Buyer: Collinsville Schools, Technology office; Mrs. Kim Myers, Director of Technology. - OEM: Juniper. Juniper equipment or equivalent is acceptable. - Switches and related peripherals/software and licenses requested: - 9 EX4100-F-12P PoE switches - 5 EX4100-48MP PoE switches - 2 EX4100-24MP PoE switches - Cabling and network drops: - 55 Category 6 network drops across the High School (15), Middle School (10), Wilson 6th Grade (10), Upper Elementary (5), Herald Lower Elementary (10), and Early Childhood Center (5). - 130 feet of CAT6 UTP CMP cabling is separately listed. - Supply and install labeled 48-port Cat6 patch panels with at least 10% spare capacity; quantity is not specified. - Notable technical requirements: use CMP-rated cable for indoor plenum areas and outdoor/UV-rated, water-resistant cable for exterior runs. Support plenum cabling with cable trays, J-hooks, or ladder racks, and place exterior runs in watertight conduit. Terminate and label both cable ends, then test and certify every drop. - Price equipment, installation/configuration, and network-drop materials and labor separately.

Description

Collinsville Schools is seeking Category 2 internal connections for Funding Year 2027–28. The Form 470 lists switches and related software/licenses, including Juniper EX4100 models or equivalents, as well as CAT6 cabling and network drops described in the attached RFP. Bidders must price installation and configuration separately and separate network-drop material costs from labor; ineligible fees must be cost-allocated. Bids are to be submitted by email by 11:59 PM on November 19, 2026, and a walkthrough is recommended but not required.
