Description
The University of Toronto is seeking an Owner’s Commissioning Agent for its Central Utilities Plant 2 (CUP2) project at the University of Toronto Mississauga. CUP2 is a new standalone energy infrastructure facility using a geo-exchange-based district energy system to support campus decarbonization and growth. On its first day of operation, the facility will connect to and support Maanjiwe nendamowinan, Deerfield Hall, and the New Residence Building. This is an invitational competitive proposal open only to prequalified suppliers; proposals must be submitted through Bonfire in English, and the complete requirements are provided in the proposal documents.
