Description
The New York State Unified Court System seeks proposals to develop and deliver annual, role-specific training and educational programs promoting fairness, dignity, and respect for litigants, stakeholders, staff, and judges. Work includes video-recorded and virtual programming for UCS judges and staff, Town and Village Justices and Court Clerks, and annual in-person training for UCS judges. The contractor will use UCS research and data to determine topics, create supplemental materials, and support training delivery and evaluation; expected quantities are estimates and no minimum volume is guaranteed.
