This DOJ procurement justification supports a Tyler Technologies solution for managing employee reasonable-accommodation cases and related requests. - Agency and purpose: The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Resolution Management Staff, through the Office of Acquisition Management, seeks to automate and standardize its Reasonable Accommodation (RA) process. - Solution: Tyler Technologies Application Platform configured for RA case management, with associated services. - Expected workload: The platform must support approximately 6,000 RA requests and 10,000 short-term disability requests annually, and maintain 40,000 existing cases. These figures describe workload, not purchased quantities. - Key requirements: The solution must operate in a FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment and comply with HIPAA and Privacy Act requirements. - Competition and vehicle: The justification limits competition to NASA SEWP V contract holders authorized to sell Tyler Technologies products, based on the brand-name restriction. - Scope details: No product part number, product quantity, service quantity, contract value, or contract performance period is provided. Market research was conducted from June through September 2026.
