Description

Jefferson Parish is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed occupational medicine providers with an office on the East Bank or West Bank of Jefferson Parish. Services include pre-employment, fitness-for-duty, and other physical examinations; specimen collection for drug and alcohol testing; medical treatment; and Medical Review Officer services for the Parish substance use program, including medication review. Proposers must hold a current Louisiana medical license and submit the required qualifications and questionnaires electronically through the Parish eProcurement system. Submissions are due October 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM.
