The U.S. Army is seeking information on a library authentication and electronic-resource proxy service for the Combined Arms Command (CAC) Library Program. - Government buyer: U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Leavenworth; end user is the CAC Library Enterprise Division / Combined Arms Command Library Program. - Requirement: A commercial, cloud-hosted SaaS solution comprising one enterprise Program Office instance and 18 individual library instances. No part numbers are provided. - Platform and OEM: Ex Libris is named as the existing Alma and Primo VE platform with which the solution must natively integrate. Description
The Government is requesting information regarding a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS) library authentication and electronic resource proxy subscription for one enterprise Program Office instance and eighteen individual library instances. The solution must natively integrate with the Ex Libris Alma / Primo VE environment and preserve existing user access pathways to the maximum extent possible.
