The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking leased space for an Armed Forces Career Center in American Canyon, California. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District; the space will serve a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center. - Requirement: Full-service lease of retail office space totaling 4,000–4,055 rentable square feet. - Location: Within the area bounded by Napa Junction Road, Donaldson Way East, Highway 29, and the railroad tracks intersecting South Napa Junction Road. - Lease terms: No more than five years, with Government termination rights; start and end dates are not specified. - Parking: Designated on-site parking for up to nine Government vehicles, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - OEMs and vendors: No specific OEMs, vendors, or property owners are named. Respondents may be building owners or their exclusive representatives, who must document their authority to represent the owner.

Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring.  The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

 The Government requires a full-service lease for:

A minimum of 4,000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 4,055 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights  Located within a defined delineated area in American Canyon, CA

S: Donaldson Way E

E: Highway 29

W: Railroad tracks intersecting with S Napa Junction Road

Designated on-site parking for up to nine (9) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.

Representatives of building owners must include with their response to this advertisement, the following:

exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner
