Description

The contractor shall accomplish initiation procedures for background investigation services for Forest Service employees which are necessary to meet the background investigative requirements of the position, as well as the issuance of mandatory PIV credentials required in accordance with HSPD-12 governing directives. The Forest Service commonly refers to the PIV credential as the LincPass.
