Description

The City of Norwalk is seeking a qualified consultant to update Norwalk Transit System’s existing Title VI Program to comply with FTA Circular 4702.1B and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation program requirements. The work includes updating policy statements, public notification and complaint processes, limited English proficiency analysis and implementation planning, and Title VI complaint recordkeeping procedures. The consultant must submit a complete draft by February 12, 2027, and a final draft by February 26, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City of Norwalk’s PlanetBids portal by October 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. PDT.
