The City of Laredo is seeking a qualified professional-services team to plan and deliver improvements across approximately 22 acres along Zacate Creek. - Government buyer: City of Laredo Engineering Department. Description

The City of Laredo is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services to design plans for, develop, and renovate approximately 22 acres along Zacate Creek as a turn-key project. The work is intended to improve pedestrian safety and recreational access, connect with surrounding park and recreation facilities, and encourage walking and recreational use. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence, credentials, and submitted qualifications; a professional services agreement will be issued subject to funding availability. Addendum No. 1 changed the response deadline to October 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT.
