DCAMM prefers gross, flat rent that includes improvements and services. Proposals should address accessibility, security, IT and building systems, sustainability, operating costs, and property management. Proximity to bus or commuter rail is preferred. - Named OEMs and vendors: Humanscale (M/Flex M2.1 monitor arms, Neat Tech wire-management baskets, and Element 790 task lights); Tripplite (TLP606B power strips); Collaborative Spaces (NCS-31A1C09 desktop power/USB units); AIS (Midwest Maple finish reference); Great Openings (preferred laminate locker manufacturer); OJMAR/Ojmar (mechanical locker locks); and Takeform Style Vivid/Takeform (interior signage). Products may be offered as equals where permitted by the specifications. - Furniture and fit-out: Includes height-adjustable workstation tables, work surfaces, pedestals, shelving, reception transaction counters, lockers, signage, and office accessories. Final quantities and layouts are subject to the specifications and agency review; most item quantities are not stated.
