Fall River Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors for on-call roofing services across District facilities. - Government buyer: City of Fall River, through Fall River Public Schools, Purchasing Department. - Requested services: As-needed roofing repairs, maintenance, inspections, emergency response, and related work at school buildings and other facilities owned, operated, or maintained by the District. - Requirements: Contractors must be qualified, experienced, and properly licensed. Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. - OEMs and vendors: No roofing manufacturers, OEMs, or service vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

The Fall River Public Schools seeks qualified, experienced, and properly licensed roofing contractors to provide district-wide roofing repair, maintenance, inspection, emergency response, and related services on an as-needed basis. Work covers school buildings and other facilities owned, operated, or maintained by the District. The initial contract term is one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. A mandatory district walk-through is scheduled for October 7, 2026, and sealed bids are due October 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
