Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), seeks qualifications from trade contractors for nine packages for the TRC - Framingham Justice Center. The packages cover masonry; miscellaneous and ornamental iron; waterproofing, dampproofing and caulking; roofing and flashing; elevators; fire protection sprinkler systems; plumbing; HVAC; and electrical. The project is a new 120,000 to 130,000 GSF courthouse in downtown Framingham, and this RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement under MGL Chapter 149A for a public Construction Manager at Risk project. Only prequalified firms may submit bids for the categories in which they are prequalified; submissions are due by October 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
