This is an announcement that the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) intends to solicit bids to pre-qualify multiple contractors for specialized engineering, data gathering, and data quality assurance services for its State Revolving Fund Program. The selected contractors will be placed on a pre-qualified master list to support Massachusetts’ 2027 EPA Clean Watersheds Needs Survey.
