Description

Pierce County seeks qualified general contractors to provide earthwork and paving services on County Parks properties and trails managed by the Parks Department on County rights-of-way or easements. Contractors will provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination, and overhead for new construction and repairs or modifications to existing facilities. Work includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, utility work, grading, drainage, concrete, asphalt and aggregate paving, pavement striping, and stormwater systems. The initial contract is for one year, with an option to extend for one additional year, and has an initial not-to-exceed value of $1,000,000; the County may add funds as needed.
